Policies
Weather Cancellations: The captain reserves the sole right to decide weather cancellations. Please show up for your charter and if the captain feels that a trip would be unsafe he will give you the option of rescheduling or a return of your deposit. Please note that we will absolutely never jeopardize the safety of our passengers. We are dedicated to providing a safe fun family fishing experience and not just a charter trip.
Payments: We gladly accept cash, personal or business checks, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover Card.
Refunds: We will gladly refund deposits if cancellations are made no later than 7 days prior to departure date.
We charter trips offshore, near shore and inshore both full and half day. Sunset/Dolphin Cruises by request.
